The Signature Fire & Ice Fusion Facial
So this happened last week... and I have to say, a very welcome pamper as I have been feeling utterly rubbish recently with the old hormones and had totally lost my mojo!
An hour of bliss... firstly some radio frequency to stimulate collagen and lift and tighten, then a peel to deeply exfoliate (this was the fire bit) then a gorgeous hydrating mask and massage with cooling facial globes (the ice bit).
Such a treat, deeply relaxing - and you can see from my skin, it left me with quite the glow!
If you are in the area, the Morley Aesthetics clinic is lovely - the staff are knowledgeable, reassuring and passionate about what they do - and the results speak for themselves! 💫
Back to the hormone bit, I’ve done a DUTCH test which is by far the most accurate test for hormone levels, and a THRIVA blood test to look at Ferritin, D, and my Thyroid... unsurprisingly they are all a bit off - par for the course really as the old Lyme Diagnosis makes everything a bit more complicated.
I have been feeling particularly shitty, totally antisocial and have been getting ridiculous anxiety attacks - totally unlike me!!! So I’m sorting it - hitting it from both angles with HRT, nutrition and supplements and a bit more... not to mention lots of extra sessions at HybO2 House as Hyperbaric Oxygen is brilliant for managing menopause symptoms and I’ve not been going recently... time to get back on the wagon!
Moral of the story is... if you feel shite - don’t settle for it - go and get it sorted! 💗

I decided I needed a ‘me’ day... and have spent it getting a wonderful Lymphatic Massage with the amazing Karla Santos Lymphatic followed by a chamber HybO2 House to help sort me out - and I genuinely feel better already 😃
I’ve also booked in to get my hair done this afternoon to complete the experience... self-care can come in many forms and this for me is a sure-fire way to put a spring back in my step ⭐️

The Royal couple have received a lukewarm reception stateside so far, and the pressure is on to smooth things over with their American fans following the rollercoaster ride of ‘Megxit’ which has only been exacerbated by the racist debacle at the Palace earlier this week.
Can they do it?
This has been a tumultuous year for the Monarchy and they still have the Netfix series and Harry’s book hanging over them..... 📚
Is it fair that the Prince and Princess of Wales take the flack for the rest of the firm?! Will their tour of Boston - their first trip to America in 8 years - be a success?

I’ve Got Chills….For All The Wrong Reasons!
I'm genuinely feeling sick.... anyone else?
It's been a tough few years for the firm, with the latter half of this year being a particular doozy with the loss of the greatest figurehead they have ever had, the racist allegations hornets nest being stirred up again this week at the Palace, and now this.
To me it feels sensationalist, overly dramatic.... and very definitely dangerous.
Just what have they done.....?!!
Will you be watching? I can't not - but i'll be hiding behind the sofa for a lot of it!!!
Correction - in this video I say that Kate & William are giving daggers to Harry and Meghan but I have realised this is incorrect.... however, it still indicates that the series intends to stir up the bad feeling between who used to be known as the fab four...
As I said.... no good can come of this...
