Do you love the colour BLUE?

You are not alone! It just so happens to be the worlds favourite colour, and for good reason!

Perhaps it’s because we associate the colour blue with a cloudless sky and endless sunshine, or of turquoise waters lapping a white sandy beach, but BLUE is a wonderfully calming colour.

The colour blue has a short wavelength, which means it’s particularly soothing on the senses and actually releases calming hormones.

Blue is the colour most commonly associated with the throat chakra, and assists in communication, so if you have a particularly difficult conversation coming up today, go and wear your favourite hue.

If you have lots of studying to do, blue is fabulous for increasing your concentration, it also helps you feel more in control.

Blue evokes feelings of trust and calm confidence, which is why the colour is used so much in the medical profession.

Did you know that there are warm and cool shades of blue?

Blue can actually help you determine whether you suit wam or cool colours more. Take a look at the veins in your wrist. If they ar green, you suit warm colours, if they are blue you suit cool shades. If they are more purple in colour you are in the middle of the spectrum and may be able to wear some of both.
