What a beautiful week it’s been! Five days of glorious sunshine - England at it’s best! I hope you’ve all managed to top up your Vitamin D levels at least a little bit - in the meantime, here is my weekly update with all the links you need from my content on Instagram and TikTok.

Outfit vs Photos

You seem to be really enjoying these fun little reels, so I’ll be doing plenty more in the future. This gorgeous suit (buy the blazer here and buy the trousers here) is from Day Birger et Mikkelsen all from Sass and Edge, my very favourite local Boutique based in Winchester, Hampshire with fabulous service and such a great range, and the Monaco espadrilles are from Fairfax and Favor which really do make incredibly comfortable shoes.

Comfort is even more important to me these days, after suffering a serious car accident years ago which damaged my feet, and these espadrilles are such a winner for all day wear with no rubbing or aching, as for the leopard print… well it is a neutral, so buy away and have fun matching them with pretty much every outfit in your wardrobe!

Herbal Face Food

Ok, I REALLY cannot rave about this more, I am in love with this range! Herbal Face Food is the first ever fully natural facial treatment that really packs a punch and actually works, easily knocking leading synthetic products out of the park! Herbal Face Food has taken off in the skincare capital of the world Korea, and it has been featured in Vogue! The story behind Herbal Face Food is incredibly inspiring and interesting to read - click here to find out all about it.

It's just SO effective - from the very first moment you apply it to your skin and quite unlike anything I have ever tried before. It's organic, vegan, edible and wild harvested, containing 20 of the rarest and most anti-aging botanicals on the planet! It's the first clean, green, truly natural serum that kicks serious beauty butt, and knocks it's lab-created chemical rivals out of the park!

It's the first real, viable alternative to synthetic skincare, which is obviously less good for us - can you tell I love it?! And just wait until you experience the smell - and the tingle!! I have The Serum and The Cure, and recommend using both products together - you start at Serum level 1 and work up - using these two products together, you don’t need to add moisturiser.

I will be doing a live with the founder J. Michael Zenn very soon so to watch out for the announcement on my social media channels!

Change Your Body Shape With Colour

You really can do this! Colour is fantastic - and it can help you remodel your body.

If you want to make something look smaller, wear a darker and more muted colour. If you want something to look bigger, wear lighter or brighter colours. I am much smaller on my bottom half than on my top half, so in this Reel I show you how out of proportion I can look by waring the wrong colours on my body.

I have narrow hips, and I wore skinny jeans from Sosandar in a black tone to make them even smaller - I am larger in my shoulders and bust, so I have worn a lighter and brighter colour in the form of this gorgeous blouse from Aspiga. Watch the Reel to see exactly how this looks!

How To Hide A Large Tummy

Do you struggle to disguise a larger tummy and don’t know what to wear? Big tummies can be a pain to hide - I know from personal experience as it is exactly where I put weight on, and I have been through many different sizes in my life. Luckily, there is one easy way to disguise it!

All you want to do is to create a vertical column in the centre of your body. That is going to elongate your silhouette and make you look taller and slimmer. An easy way to achieve this is to wear all one colour underneath (I am wearing a , and put a long line cardigan, coat, or duster like this one from Hayley Menzies to create that really effective vertical panel. Watch my Reel to see exactly how I have done it! Remember to accessories - I love this iCandiRocks necklace!
